Can we keep confidential searches confidential?

Yes. On Enterprise, a job can be limited to its owners and their teams. Reports can be anonymised, and the client portal lets you choose field by field what a client sees.

How does Spott handle retained fees?

Retained placements take milestones as a percentage or a fixed amount, booked before anyone is placed. A retained view compares estimated and realised fees.

Will we lose our relationship history when we move?

No. Our migration team moves candidates, contacts, jobs, placements, notes and files, and checks it all before go-live. Firms have moved from Invenias, Loxo, Bullhorn, HubSpot and more.

Can AI judge a candidate like a partner would?

It doesn't try to. Matching ranks your database against the brief, with a reason per criterion, including what was noted on a call. Your partners still make the call.
