How fast can we go from brief to shortlist?

Usually in minutes. Describe the role or paste the brief, and Spott ranks your database by fit, with a reason for each match. Trueblue Recruitment now builds a shortlist in 15 to 20 minutes.

Can we present candidates straight from Spott?

Yes. Present one candidate to up to 10 jobs at once, with the CV or a generated report attached, and one switch moves each application to CV Sent. Speculative CVs are logged on the client.
