We build the tool recruiters open first.
Spott is the AI-native ATS and CRM for agency recruiters. We work on it from Leuven, New York and Sydney, rewriting the software behind a $700B industry instead of bolting AI onto what came before.
Our core principles
This is what we look for in every single colleague of ours. Do you have what it takes?
-
Every person on the team has ownership and responsibility over their domain. You are responsible end to end to plan, build, fix and improve.
-
If every person owns their domain, they better be great and strive towards getting even better. At Spott we all strive to become better by putting the bar high and learning from each other.
-
The above two only ever work if you have the full context about the job to be done and the goals we're working towards. As such we strive for transparency in teams and across teams.

You should know what you're walking into.
We sell software to recruiters, so we would rather not run a hiring process we'd be embarrassed to demo.
-
You apply
A CV is enough.
-
A first conversation
The role, your work, and the full process for your role. No surprises later.
-
Meet the people you'd work with
+ a case or a piece of real work
-
A founder, then an offer
Pass the final check with a founder. Even after 41 people, they want to meet you.
